There are a few different ways to get ahold of the Employment & Training Program and it depends on what you would like to connect about.

Our Case Management Services Line (CMSL) is our call center and should be contacted if you are new and need assistance engaging with us, need to schedule an appointment, or are unsure what your next steps should be.

If you have already engaged with us and have a Work Plan or Personal Responsibility Contract (PRC) but have questions about what to do in the program and/or how to meet your goals, then you should contact our Existing Customer Voicemail.
