10:00 am SLStart- Gina Gies. Company provides in-home care to adults with developmental disabilities. Openings in Coeur d’Alene, Boise, Twin Falls, and Spokane. Hiring for Direct Support professional in all areas and Program Supervisor in Spokane. The DSPs main role is to provide care, transportation, and assistance to individuals. This can include assistance with medication, basic hygiene, shopping, fishing, going to the park, transportation to work, and may other activities. Pay is $11/hr to start. The Program Supervisor is a Bachelor’s Level position that organizes, coordinates, and supervises the care of individuals within the program. Employees must pass background check. Must have a valid drivers’s license (for day and swing shifts) , be insurable. Paid training, benefits, 401K, and PTO.

10:30 am Inspirio- Rich DePalma. Company provides sales and service for DISH network. Openings are in Coeur d’Alene with current Work From Home available. Company provides all equipment, however employee needs internet with 7 MPS upload and 1 MPS download as well as hard wire for Ethernet Cable.

Inbound sales provides customers calling in the ability to purchase or renew DISH memberships. Pay is $14.50 for the first 12 weeks, then $12.50 with commissions.

Customer service/Tech support assists customers with trouble shooting, outside equipment (receivers, dishes, etc). This path also provides Tiers, allowing employees to move up to Global Expert and Mentorship positions. Pay ranges from $13.10-16.77, depending on tier.
